    Das Video erklärt sehr gut und für mich verständlich. Ich habe bereits viel dazu von Herrn Dr. Ulrich Selz gesehen, aber auch von anderen Ärzten. Mir ist dieses Thema deswegen besonders wichtig, weil ich im frortgeschrittenen Lebensalter sehr daran interessiert bin, daß mein Körper befreit von Grundlasten dieser Art, vernünftig arbeiten kann. Zunächst müßte ich ja überhaupt erst wissen, inwiefern eine Schwermetallbelastung bei mir vorliegt (Chelat-Provokationstests?). Ob Sie mir bei der Frage, wie ich einen Mediziner finde, bzw., woran ich einen Mediziner erkenne, der diesbezüglich gut informiert ist und Erfahrung hat, weiß ich nicht. Ich wäre diesbezüglich für jegliche Art der Schützenhilfe sehr dankbar.

      @@DrElenaGross- Thank you! I always feel so embarrassed when the migraine goes and I still feel like a discarded rag. Feel like I am disappointing my people, folks who want my company and feel like I should be back to normal now that I am no longer needing the dark room the hot bath the massage the massive amounts of coffee. Now I feel like I have whiplash and a concussion, and I am disturbingly tired of being alive. In some ways that makes the extreme apathy a blessing, because I do know those “I don’t want to exist anymore” thoughts will go with the hangover but it is unpleasant to feel that way even when you know it is abnormal hormonal and not something to act upon. I am so tired of this and every time with it is the fear, am I getting brain damage? Every migraine feels like a TBI, and I have had TBI’s before skull fractures, and concussions so I know, for me migraines are the same. But do they cause the same trauma or merely feel like it? And how the heck am I supposed to differentiate my migraines with a minor stroke, considering the symptoms are so similar? If you have answers or info for me I would love to hear it.

      @DrElenaGross 2 месяца назад

      @ Oh gosh that sounds so terrible and I can relate how you feel from my darker times for sure! Do not be embarassed for one, migraine is not your fault! About the closeness to the stroke, there can be tiny mini leasons in people with migraine with aura, but generally speaking usually not much harm is done. Maybe you should do a brain scan or discuss with a neurologist just to be sure? Also what helped me is getting my brain into ketosis and adequate nutrients and antioxidants. Maybe you want to have a look at Www.migraket.com? This is what I created and some anecdotes indicate it my beneficial for general brain health also as it supports energy supply. 🙏🤗💚
