I just love the babies pushing and crawing so hard on moms stomach. It is so cute, and i hope they get where they want to go!
But the baby in the video is not crawling. That is not the purpose of early tummy time. Babies don’t crawl until they are like 5 or 6 months old. Crawling implies moving forward. This baby, despite his active kicking didn’t do that. In fact it’s easier for newborns to roll over during tummy time than advancing.
I love watching baby videos from years ago, I like to imagine how big they are now.😊

Your you guys who do not know, this would be the position baby is placed newborn on Mommy's belly. This is so the instinks of baby can use it's shoulders and legs can move forward looking for moms nipple, it's called the nipple crawl. Most hospitals don't make parents aware that baby can find nipple all by itself. But that is what this baby is doing. And many others on their tummies shown throughout RUclips videos.
