To 'judge' or 'label' somebody as enlightened or unenlightened is a great delusion.

I haven't seen this video. There may be some explanation for evil. But to actually experience evil is something else. The level of evil in this world is something beyond imagination. For all the explanations this level of evil is beyond explanations. It has even made me doubt spirituality and all people who attained moksha. Buddha attained nirvana but the path he suggested did not guarantee nirvana in this lifetime. Then what's the use. Same with hidu moksha. And both do not deal with the evil we are experiencing. People like Sarvapriyananda are living in an island far away from the evils of this world. Same was the case with all spiritual masters who attained nirvana or moksha. People like Sarvapriyananda simply won't answer our inconvenient questions.

The original question is like asking, if we are all made of atoms, why are some aggregations of atoms good and others bad?

Good and evil exist in the realm of Name and Form.

Evil is action or thoughts born out of desire or aversion. Neither desire nor aversion are qualities of Consciousness/Brahman.

Suffering is actually related to ones mind. As long as you don't acknowledge it, it never happened. And how do you do it. By knowing the truth. And that is not just the knowledge. The truth is what belongs to you, is not you. It is one to seek the truth by his own experience, and not by listening to explanation. A simple example. How many ever times one tells sugar ia sweet, the sweetness can be experienced only by experiencing ...

Non-duality is fucking boring. It is only for people who wanna be fixed in one position and feel like they are God with a God-like mind with a mysteriously sense of knowing everything which is hard to explain. It's that and divine light, love, ecstacy, eternity - but soooooo fucking boooooooring. No body, no creation, no animation, just fucking divine light and no darkness nowhere. No space, no relative time, just fucking boring place with a God-like mind, thinking you're God - yes, you really think like that. Who the hell wanna be awake like that in an eternity? For real. Your soul is fucking inactive, and that is the worse thing you wanna experience. It's cool for a short time, but when you wanna be active you'll be throwen out from that place and you'll be sent to your body where you can be active. That is the fucking truth of nirguna Brahman.

He is making conclusive statements without evidence that amounts to mere pleading. Give proof…space and time are other than Brahman….unless Brahman is the cause for time, space, mind, matter and karma. Your statements are mere faith based not based on logic.

Why do some animals show evil behavior? Why do humans also do that? It is the same biological reason; their brain (and genes) is screwed for many reasons. If you give anesthesia to these evil people, evil just disappears.

Massive contradiction. Brahman and Atman are identical. Brahman is everything and everywhere (omnipresent). But Atman resides in the heart till death, and it travels through space carrying massive data (karma) and enters another body later. WoW! how ironically contradictory.

Swami ji you should make it sound easy...and not so difficult. People on earth my view is forget about all what he said...just focus on Atma your soul...it will do the rest. Else still your life will be easy on earth...you are Atma and you are not the doer

I really have no doubt regarding your scholarship and authenticity swami sarvapriyanandaji. You clarify my doubts and help reinforce the thoughts I have already realised. But this raises one question in my mind. Is it wrong to call ourselves the Eternal Witness then?

If this Brahman is beyond the mind, how can this mind experience Brahman? Experience involves thoughts (which is based on memories) and images created from memories. Then this 'enlightenment' is actually an illusion created by the mind. No wonder, all these descriptions of enlightened people are so VAGUE. There is no such thing as enlightenment where one experiences (LOL) enlightenment. You cannot experience something beyond the mind. You just cannot.

The world as we know it can only exist in duality. It needs heat and cold, dryness and dampness, night and day. Evil and good are also intrinsic to this Existence. Not to diminish Evil as a source of suffering with life-changing effects, yet, for the seeker of Truth, it is best not to dwell too much on the evils of this world. Evil will be twice as damaging if it distracts those seeking to understand and establish themselves on their True Nature, which is non-dual and thus beyond Good and Evil. Thank you for reading.

Is swamiji enlightened? Does anyone know?It seems when one sits near an enlightened person they can feel the energy. So, has anyone experienced this energy when sitting near swamiji?

The path towards enlightenment is a gradual progress in time. Enlightenment itself is always here and now, outside of time.

Evil only exists within Man’s free will of thought. How else would you know that you existed without choice? There isn’t a good vs. evil…. just seek maturity…. Maturity is god/unconditional love and immaturity is evil/a child. Keep it simple and know you are the source of love…..
