Love this video. Just getting into Gaslands and seeing all these cars is amazing.

One of the things cool about Gaslands is that it DOES allow you to just build cool-looking post-apocalyptic cars and smash them about. The teams aren't supposed to be OWNED by the sponsors, just sponsored by them. Like NASCAR. So there aren't any set themes to the teams you build, just your own play style and an excuse to use the aesthetics you like. The rulebook itself says nothing has to be WYSIWYG aside form the vehicle card. So try out different sponsors and just have fun!

I may have missed it, but where did you buy the accessories and especially the drivers? I am having huge problems finding anything, whether from North Star, etsy or on any STL pages wherever I look

Looks like I do need to buy Gaslands: Refuelled. In the book I have, Rutherford is allowed to use Buggies, it is even defined as such in the "Example Teams" section

Tesla himself was a Serb but the Russians did experiment with one of his weapons once IRL. During the Cold War the Russians did make an anti air laser tank with lasers that had colossal rubies in them. So that’s cool. My favorite thing about Mishkin is nuclear power that you can deliberately blow up. Just the idea of that as an art prompt. Like what would nuclear power look like?

"Mega/Ultra" vehicles sound fun. Each vehicle is 100 cans each or something but it can take 5 BFGs to the face and keep going. Not necessarily unrealistic either, as long as you don't stick something like a WH40K titan on the table. Then again, the Gaslands universe does have sci-fi tech...

The first prototype minis for the game me and my friends are working on with a director of a award winning movie had some slight messup on some fingers and we keep retrying until it was fix now after i paint them they will be shown of at a film fest

The “microchip” is actually the tailgate i think it’s copper lined on the real car to disperse heat from the jet engines

Gaslands is the only table top game ima play aside from d&d i use to have some warhammer minis but i never had enough to play and couldn’t afford more then the ones i had got stolen i took that as a sign to move onto another hobby i started getting gunpla to build and started modding cars for gaslands and playing d&d

Earlier paints were better. Paints on vehicles from 2003 and later are water based and fade and turn chalky white in no time.
