Still trying to wrap my mind what it might be, from tons of material heard, closest by sound found till now is the Rhythm Invention duo of Warp Rec (Active around 1992). Walked through their catalogue, but haven't found this one, i think it's most likely from around '92-3 era by the sound, will keep looking. :)
