I‘m wondering if that’s really the average working hours per day in such a position within a tech company, especially when leaving on early Friday afternoon. Generally when watching similar videos I get the impression of a fairly normal 9-5 job. From everything I’ve heard these positions expect dedication beyond 40 hours per week with outstanding performance, at least when looking at similar positions in tech companies 🤷‍♂️ All the nice and jovial office looks give a false impression of the actual job environment, which is actually really demanding.
