A deviation from the norm. I picked this thing up not running and in unknown condition. I changed a few things and got it fired up and running pretty well. Racking up some miles on her.

I received the final parts for the 20v header swap so I decided to tackle it myself. welds didn't come out great but oh well, as long as they hold until I get a proper header on here. Thanks for watching this 3 part series on swapping a 20v header into an fx16.

where is the brak3 booster conjected to
Where do you put the coolant lines that connect to the iacv valve?
Are you facing a problem with coolant replacement and depressurization procedure? Every time I have to change my coolant it is an ordeal. I’m using floss cooling lines but every time is difficult. I have to open to the thermostat housing in order to fill it up correctly…. Any suggestions?
You waist so much time with this car boss. All you had to do is change the head. And use back the old engine block. You work your self so fucking hard

I removed mine for more flow And the engine still runs similar feels like boost at 4500rpm with or without tvis in my opinion I want to block my egr though

how is it to drive with locked ignition? wanna do a bike carb conversion on a k11 micra but wont get the ignition timing to work without getting a new ecu.
Runs pretty dang good. You lose some bottom end but these cars aren't known for the bottom end anyways.

Are you using tps for engine load or map signal?
Both are doing their jobs. Map I think is for engine load.
Where are you taking map signal from?
@@MaadDawg the stock location off the manifold. Going to the ecu.

when u did the egr delete are u also removing the vacuum lines that connect to the vacuum valve switches or just capping those 3 lines on top of the intake manifold
Yeah everything capped off.
@leveledupgarage5303 ok ima try doing that to see if it has anything to do with my issue. The problem im haveing is that the car breaks up alot especially around 4k rpms. It starts up fine i just have to hit the throttle one time and idles at 1k rpms when warm.
@miniroku247 hmm. That sounds more like a fuel delivery issue. Possibly spark. I'd get a fuel psi gauge on and see what it's doing at that rpms

Definitely getting rare here. This belonged to an old neighbor turned friend who didn't have social media so everything was done off thr record so to speak.

On your 3tc bike carb conversion what size are your runners on your manifold? And what size are the couplers that connect the carbs? I plan on doing mine and have found nothing helpful🙏🏻
What manifold set up did you use? I can’t find anything to work with mine.
Sorry for the late response. I made the manifold a long time ago so I'll be honest, I have no clue what size runners I used. Basically look at a 3tc intake gasket and measure the diameter and that's what I used. I had custom 3tc Intake flanged water jetted and just welded up some small diameter exhaust pipe.

Thats a ae86 original bigport 4age 16v bluetop that came with a TVIS manifold not a " smallport" non tvis from ae92.

Type of coilovers?
They are stock housings with the perches cut off and t3 perches welded in. Ground control sleeves. Agx struts. And t3 camber plates.
