I’ve been looking for a workout for equestrians and I’ve finally found the perfect one 👍🏻
Going to do this everyday until I ride again (after a year) and I’ll tell you how it goes! Because my strength had been lost over the time, do you think I should start with shorter times or should I stick with these and have them as goals to reach everyday?🤗. I’m also going to try and run about 2/3km each day to build up leg muscles and other muscles.
