I started practicing saying this mantra along side some RUclips videos and feel like it had noticeable effects but then I’m afraid it could be causing side effects like insomnia so I stopped. Should I be worried. I live in the states and have no access to gurus so I decided it’s best to not mess with it.

Great material on this channel. Where did you get this mantra from? What is your source? I could not find it anywhere else. Intriguing how this Goddess seems to be associated to both Parvati/Durga/Kali and to Lakshmi as well. IMHO she can only be one of those two... either she is consort of Shiva, or she is consort of Vishnu. Keep up the good work!

Dude, awesome voice . I love your voice . But I am afraid that both mantra and pronunciation are wrong. HSRAIM HSKLRIM HSRAUH It’s the same root mantra of Bala , which is AIM , KLEEM , SAUH But it has the HA, SA and RA aksharas( syllables )added to it , bringing lot of space and fire element to it. Para Bija SAU: should be pronounced “SOW HU”. Infact SOUH alone can take you to enlightenment. Appreciate all that you do brother .
