Loved it. You got my car at time stamp 1:14 leaving the overcrowded parking area.
Yes, I did! I was trying to get that shot to look better, but I was sitting in the shade
@@brokentoolgarage8609 I was just happy to see it in someone else's video.
Great helpful video! Thanks for sharing 👊😎✌️
You are welcome!
Cool tune up there not much to change on those to keep them up and running good.... But one thing is for sure never run the screw on type battery terminals they will eventually corrode and cause problems down the line they are only for emergency use...buy the proper cable or crimp style end even the solder style is a vast improvement in reliability.... Ford's hate having a loose or intermittent electrical connection at the battery plus your starter and alternator will last longer with out a voltage drop from cheap connectors... I have jumped many a Ford due to those battery terminals.
Thanks Moparnut. Yes, the battery terms are on the list for sure!
Awesome video brother. Thanks for sharing. Keep the content coming. Hope you have an incredible weekend. Much love and RESPECT

Ford sucks
You must have worked on one lol
Nice! Well I could hope for next year!
See you there! Bring lots of water
I really wish I could have gone. Thanks for sharing this. The next best thing to being there. 👊😎✌️
Thanks Rick. That was what I was going for - the experience of being there w/o being there
Awesome video brother. Thanks for sharing. Keep the content coming. Hope you have an incredible weekend. Much love and RESPECT

Cool! gotcha OBS. I had a 94 F150 with a 5.0 4WD. Blue silver two-tone had the nice aluminum rims. I loved that truck. I had to sell, the transmission was going out so someone got it cheap. I did have one issue with it. Where the front radius arm mounts riveted to the frame, they are known to crack there. Right along the rivets. A year before I sold mine, I heard this creepy sound. Could not find it. Finally I noticed my right front fender was laying on the bumper. Could not figure out why. Then the starter went out, when I replaced the starter, I noticed my frame was completely cracked the whole length. Laying on the bumper was the only thing holding it together. I did have it welded up. It’s weird because I was told they normally happen on the left side. But mine was on the right. You may want to check that area if you have not done so already. Thanks for sharing. 👊😎✌️
Thanks! I did not see you at FTO. Did I miss you?
@@brokentoolgarage8609 No, unfortunately my house/dog sitter canceled out. It seems Ford Takeover has been my nemesis since I started work on the fox. I was looking forward to meeting you too. Are you there?
@@BigStickStangs I just got back and starting to review photos and videos.
@@brokentoolgarage8609 I’m looking forward to seeing them!

Thanks for dropping by. I do not have the answer to your question, but you can try @DeadDodgeGarage
I also do instrument cluster repairs. I primarily do conversions for vehicles imported into the US, but I also do repairs. Very cool to see others in the field.
Super cool! I want to make a panel to put in aftermarket gauges eventually. Thanks for dropping by.

Awesome video brother. What color you painting it? The same or a different color. Thanks for sharing. Keep the content coming. Hope you have an incredible weekend. Much love and RESPECT
Thanks Tim. I am going back gloss black. Probably use Restoration Shop acrylic enamel.
If you think that’s bad try working on a Chevy or dodge complete 💩show! Oh and btw you’re supposed to cut the factory pins in half then knock them out.
I get to do them on my 85 Ramcharger too. At least those hinges come of the truck an door. Thanks for dropping by.
Great tip on the end links. Those are a PITA to get off sometimes when old and rusty. I’m looking forward to seeing you at FTO this year. Great video! 👊😎✌️
Thank you! We were just talking about you in Funkystangs live yesterday. Looking forward to meeting you.

Thanks for this video! I'm about to flush my 87's to get the Thermocure solution out of it. I was wondering if water would reverse flow through the water pump and come out the lower rad hose and your video answers that. Did you remove your thermostat for this? I had to listen with my vol low and couldn't hear very well.
You are welcome. I did not remove the thermostat. Sorry about the poor audio - this was at my old place. Thanks for dropping by.
The button on the thermostat has to go towards the engine.... To better understand... The engine produces the heat in order for the thermostat to open, the radiator doesn't produce heat, it dissipates heat.
Thanks for dropping by. That is how I had it installed, and it caused heating issues. The service manual shows it installed the way I did it, and that also solved the heating issue.
@@brokentoolgarage8609 I did that one time too. I’m working on my fox right now too
@@quickmaz Awesome! Do you follow NeoMustangs or FunkyStangs?
Never built a deck, but apart of plenty of builds
I never build a deck either - other than the part I am attaching to.

At least you don’t have to deal with much Shale or stone from the looks of it
There was some. The pad was built from the dirt and shale that made my pond.

Thanks Tim. Next few weeks will be getting the deck built
It would’ve been nice to see you change the actual lightbulb

Thank you!
Great video! I didn’t know you had so many engines. I love the intake that’s on the Ram Charger now. Good thing you caught the loose locknut. The extra parts come in handy. Awesome tip on the pushrods I have never thought of that before. I saved my originals now I’m curious 🤔
Thanks Rick! Make sure to check out Uncle Tony's video on those pushrods
Lots of parts and projects in the garage 👍
