Yasuni Exhaust R3 Max Black for the Yamaha TZR or the Aprilia RS (am6).. It is a 70-86cc exhaust. Powerband 8.500-14.000 RPM Currently on my tzr (for the ones interested) Airsal 80CC AM6 Racing Extreme (50mm) Dellorto 19mm (already have a 24mm polini but still have to place it)
My 50cc is faster😂
weak
15-48 u get more performance
What carburetor did you have and did you have an oil dispenser, if not what was the mixture ratio?
Da fährt meine derbi Seba genauso schnell mit 50ccm
bruh a 70cc kit doesn't affect top speed. Only the couple and kick it has significantly
Did you put back thermostat?
Yes, but be sure to put it in boiling water and check if it opens correctly first. Just to be sure
@@carbikersambition57 oke thx
70cc with original exhaust wtf
Is it 17.5mm carburetor?
Yes
Hello :). Did you continue to use the oil pump? or did you mix it yourself directly in the fuel tank? If so how much % right after and in the long run?
I mixed all my mopeds by hand. No oil pomp. But with my Derbi I did use the oil pump cuz I was lazy. The oil pump broke after ~8k kms and it seized 😋. I recommend mixing by hand. My derbi had stock exhaust so mixing 1:50 was plenty. I always used Motul800
how did it only do 80?
Stock exhaust, carb etc.
Does it break the stock crankshaft?
With stock exhaust? No. With an performance exhaust? Yes wil will probably break after a while.
A lot of my friends have big setups like 72cc airsel with a voca 50/70 exhaust and a 21mm carb and after so many miles no problems with the crankshaft so no if u run it in properly and don't go full crazy on the first time ur good
this is slower than my airsal 50 wtf
I drive 92 on gps with my 50cc derbi
Can u tell me if the long barrel before the silincer is 22mm or 20 mm
dinamometryc key…
Don’t worry, I’m a pro ;)
Hey, what engine did you have in this video? I was thinking of installing this on an Airsal 70cc (D.48mm) aluminium cylinder kit, so a mid range engine with about 13hp. It also has 24mm PWK carburetor and a Malossi VL17 reed valve. Is this a suitable exhaust or should I go for a Yasuni R1 or R2?
I recommend a 70-80cc (yasuni R3) exhaust if u are going for a 70cc cilinder, dont buy a 50cc exhaust. It will restrict your bike like crazy
what’s the mm of the carb?
Stock
do you have a unlimited cdi on it if you put on on you will gain a lot of torque and top speed
It is already unlimited
i feel like a king over here in the uk with a near stock aprilia sx 50 same as derbi senda with only technigas exhaust airsal 50cc cast iron 14/53 gearing and pusing 62 mph lol and now with an airsal 72cc with 15/48 gearing pushing 80mph flat apparently (so said my mate in his car behind me) but had 72 on speedo but the speedo wire is breaking so it could be a false reading
on airsal 50cc i was getting 69 overrevving downhill and idk about airsal 72cc dont wanna push it that hard already killed it once and i haven't got that much money now lol
Very nice bro
How much do u tork the cylinder head
I don’t know, I just did it by hand.
should i get 80cc Airsal or 73cc Airsal? and i dont know what exhaust i need for both
80cc airsal and stage 6 streetrace exhaust
what abr carb 17.5mm or 19mm
17.5 (16)
Cool bike!
need exhaust
What Main jet do you use?
should i buy a cast iron airsal 70cc or aluminium-nikasil 72-77cc and put it with hebo new preformer and stock crankshaft, will it last long
I would go for the aluminium-nikasil 72-77cc, but I really recommend upgrading your crankshaft. Just to be safe, it probably won’t last very long.
@@carbikersambition57 i mean i dont rly care about performance i just want a daily that will alst long and idk that thing with squish clearance
It do not need sport crankshaft?
Not if you have a stock exhaust, but it is always recommended
was the exhaust pipe empty or fully stock?
All restrictions removed
I can drive with my Derbi 110 with 50cc
Nice
I dont Think Thies is possible with GPS ...

wich main jet did you use ?
No clue, never had to change it
Wait so did you not Change The carb either? Did you change something in it or what?
No nothing, jet size was already a little to big for the 50cc so did not need a bigger jet
you dont need to change any jets on the carb when switching to 70cc
Did it make it faster by a lot or no
Acceleration a lot faster. Top speed a bit
it will be a lot faster i you install a race exhaust with stock exhaust it isn't worth it
Is your exhaust stocked?
Stock exhaust with all restrictions removed

Hello, can you tell me witch jet you put into your carburetor? I ordered size 88-110 i hope that one of these will be enough! Really hope you reply!
I think I had 98 for main jet, but what works for my moped does not mean it will be the right jet for yours!
Car&BikersAmbition Thank you really much! I have the same moped as you! Derbi Senda 2016. Nice to get an an answer although the video is 10 months old! Have a nice day!🤩👍🏼

Zit nu 98 in........... Thanks
Do you think i will have more speed with this 70cc cylinder plus a Hebo Sport exhaust? With 14:59? Now i have 13:59 with the exhaust only and I reach about 90 km/h, do you think i will get more speed with a sport cylinder or just "power"?
You will gain 10kmh from the 14 sprocket, and probably another 10/25kmh from the 70cc (depends on the exhaust, if it is a 50cc exhaust you won’t gain a lot but only restrict it. If it is a 50/70 or a 70cc exhaust you will gain a ton of speed!) but most of all a lot of extra torque! I would recommend sticking to 50cc if your exhaust is made for 50cc cilinders :)
@@carbikersambition57 My exhaust is made for 50/70cc but i think i will buy a stronger one
What torque did u do the cylinder head of the 70 and did I premix or not bc I was thinking getting it without doing too much mods just a sprocket and a 70
I recommend using premix instead of oil pump. And I did not use a torque wrench, just by hand ;). If you want you can lookup the torque specs on the internet or in the manual that comes with your cilinder.
Car&BikersAmbition what ratio did u premix yours :)
I use Motul800 offroad, you will be fine mixing it 1:50 (with the motul) but I always premixed it 1:40/1:45, when it is a brand new cilinder I recommend 1:40
Das Heiloo??
Don't you need to vent the cooling system after installing the cilinder?
Yes indeed, but I did that off video
@@carbikersambition57 ohh but that's the reason I watched your video. I am unable to find a clear guide on this. Can you point me to a video that explains this perhaps?
5:55 do you see the tube from the cilinderhead to the radiator? Disconnect it on the radiator side. Fill it until it starts flowing out of the radiator, then connect the tube again. And you are done👍
@@carbikersambition57 ok so I fill directly in the tube that's connected to the radiator then?
Yes the tube from the cilinderhead to the radiator
Mph? Or kmh

How do you break in new cylinder?
I used this cilinder before so I did not need to run it in, just had to take it easy on the first km's. If you have a brand new one, I suggest you read the manual on how many km's you have to run it in. If you can't find that information: I suggest you run an aluminum nikasil in for at least 500km, and if you have a cast-iron one 1500km. Pre-mix it a little richer but not too rich, take the first 30km's or so very easy. Don't go above 4/5k RPM. after that you can slowly increase the RPM's. I suggest you don't go above 6k rpm until you drove about 100/150km's or so (you can pre-mix it less rich now if you want). When you reach about 200 km's you can give it little sprints to 7/8k rpm but I suggest you don't go any higher than that until you ride it in for at least 400km. After that, you can go up to 9k RPM. When you reach 500 km (on a nikasil cilinder) you are good to go, but I still recommend you don't get too crazy with the RPM's. I don't know what kind of exhaust you have, but if you have a stock exhaust you can give it full throttle. This is how I ran in all my mopeds. I suggest you use oil like Motul 800. I ran my 25BHP TZR on that and the cilinder was still brand new after 8K km's of pure madness (15/16K RPM) :D ( I pre-mixed it 3% tho)
And remember: no engine breaking on a 2-stroke ;-) That is guaranteed cilinder damage/extensive wear
My setup is Top performance 70cc cast iron 21 phgb dellorto Main jet 110 Voca warrior exhaust I need about 4000-5000 rpm because of the exhaust
I suggest you run it in like I said in my text above, but multiply the km’s x2/3
