Would you please also guide on how to deal with 1)daydreaming 2) having excessive energy but not able to channelize it which leads to mind chatter , imaginary conversation etc. With the surge in my energy, I am experiencing weird things everyday. @@abcdmzi Hello beautiful soul, all that you are experiencing is part of the spiritual experience, however how we see the experience matters also. Are you saying to yourself this is for my good? Are you asking your guides for help too? About mind chatter, be it in form of day dreaming, all can be subdued by meditation. In meditation you get to witness your mind, notice how it brings up one thing and the another, keep being the witness, do not engage the mind. I always laugh sometimes when these things come up because I know that I am not the mind. Daydreaming can also be our minds way of trying to escape the present moment. How is your life now? Is there a situation you are avoiding? Speak to your mind (internally) tell it positive things, that helps with mind chatter, since our mind has been programmed, we tend to see the negative side of things instead. Speak positive words and watch the mind chatter reduce. Excessive energy can be dealt with when we balance our chakras, we are no longer focusing on what energy channel, but harnessing all. Also going for walks in nature helps you stay grounded (walk barefoot on the earth) Do shadow work, heal your traumas through love. Be of service to others, and practice sacred secretion. (This is key on the spiritual journey) Also remember to ask for guidance from source, God, your guides, you will be guided on what to do. Your journey is tailored to you, and your guides know exactly what you need at every moment. I hope this helps. Hi darling, when you say spirits what do you mean? In regards to spirit talking to us, I believe we get guidance from source at every moment in time, the thing is we do not hear because we are operating at a lower frequency. When we raise our vibration, we hear clearly what guidance or direction we need to follow. Before I had a kundalini awakening, I was able to hear from source, and the guidance comes in a still small voice (like your voice) or a knowing that you have to do something. When kundalini reaches the crown, we get even more knowledge, anything you ask, you will be answered. We are all spirit beings, we have just been disconnected from source and being able to connect with other spirit beings. When one reconnects with your true self, you will by default be able to hear source. It’s like a dog that barks, no one teaches it to bark, it’s inbuilt. You are a spirit being and you are limitless.
