Make sure the ribbon is compatible, you should buy only your supplies from your printer vendor.
@@ccspi it was the power supply I used the wrong voltage as soon as I did that the prints came out 90% better
I have printer K similar, when I download the app it doesn’t let me open it after. At the right last step of the instal it opens a new tab to uninstall but I decline then finish but then when I go to control panel it doesn’t show printer? What do I do?

nag iiba po yung format ng database ko pag dating sa cardexchange for example po sa date yung sa excel ko po is September 9, 1999 pag dating naman po sa card exchange nagiging ganito ang format 9/9/1999, paano po i fix?
