Really good video
I guess if you use sandpaper to clean the surface of the material to be welded, and then heat it to a temperature above the melting point of the rod, and use an appropriate flux, you may be able to get a good welding effect.
Shoelaces are known to cause cancer in California.
Please tell me that isn’t used for drinking water/ice?!? That is FILTHY 😮🤢
That was also included in the repair, but I do my cleaning in private! Let me know if you want to offer the service I have plenty of clients for referral!
Not cool like people are saying car burn oil..... some makes are just crap dont last
What? - Just get a new O ring and a new bearing
Press out the old bearing, clean up the housing and then press in a new bearing
The Bearing is so easy to remove, no need for a press. Both Bearings can just be pushed out with anything by tapping on the sides. You can also buy the entire spindle for only 26 dollars. Cheaper than buying any Bearing. Now' the same spindle can cost hundreds for this Slicer, but if you look it up for a lawnmower on amazon, you can buy it for under 25 dollars. It's the same spindle... In fact, you can even buy it from amazon and sell it for over 500 for the Kendel slicer on eBay or any site.
Buen hecho amigo
Thank you paisano
Thanks for explaining. The video was cutting off the part you were trying to show but I got the gist of what you were saying. 240 power only happens when you engage both sides of the service panel.
Stupid
If we need a video to explain this. The future generation is DOOMED!
How is Santa going to get in now? Bs😢
You’re still doing it wrong. You just went to Home Depot and searched for something that worked.
could u cut up the side and use two band straps?
Looks wrong
lol that’s B vent buddy
That’ll be 500usd thank you, on to the next job…
That 500 covers the liability he now has for the equipment as he touched it - he's now liable for safe operation of the whole thing not just the cap. At least where i live.
Why he sounds like Paul Rodriguez though? 🤔
yeah so many peoples try to do jobs that they dont know how to do. very weird behaviour
Very true, I had someone respond to a video, claiming that copper was not aloud in homes, that PVC was the correct water system. I wanted to contradict him, but I did not. The reason is, that I have actually done work in cities where the water system from the meter to the home is actually PVC. when I been called to these jobs, it was mainly because the Pvc fittings came undone and had a constant water leak. It is not a good pipe for a permanent thing. This is why they normally use it in landscaping irrigation systems. This is why it is best to check your local city requirements. Different cities or counties have different requirements.
That wire looks small ! Hope it's low voltage!
That wire is a very low voltage wire, used for thermostats 24 volt. Its being used just as a wiring example.
where's your butyl sealing tape on that joint? depending on what thats venting, the water thats gonna get past that coupling could defeat the purpose entirely which is why they're usually taped down
B tapes great but your lucky if that bitch has a couple tappers in it 😂
Very true, and we used flex or the roofing brand which is always on the roofing section at home depot. Those two are very similar.
And because people don't know practical home improvement you just made 1&50bucks
Wrong! Get a 4" b-vent high wind cap that's the same brand as the pipe. China caps shouldn't really be used there.
expound
@@VladKov36that kind of cap especially if its not taped on with sealing tape will fly away in a 15mph gust
@@cycleandhide ah, thank u! <3
That’s single wall. It needs to be B vent.
The more you know 👍
Rodents can eat through copper too. What a waste of a video
High quality copper, not just the cheapest you can find
Galvanized all the way for me.
Dude said a benefit of Cooper is it's fire proof. If my house was on fire the pipes would be the last thing I would be worried about.
Copper,always copper for me
SORRY, RODENTS?? YOU BET!!
Got a plumber that swears by cpvc. I like pex but it reduces the size at each connection unlike copper or cpvc. Edit:Pex b reduces the size A does not.
CPVC is the worst fraud ever foisted upon the earth PURE CRAP!
Pex in my house for 22 years no leaks.
What happened to PVC?
It broke
PVC is not allowed in homes in California as a water system. Some cities do, but they been having nasty leaks that flood the home. I will never advise someone to use those.
personally all the copper corroded after about 15 years but the pex was still going strong. I hate it because I really believed in copper pipe when I changed it, but I will not do it again.
I can see some truth potentially as per could be attractive to rodents. If it is made in a similar way as drip irrigation pipe netyfin. Then, during the process, a lubricant is necessary and is likely to be peanut oil.
Forgot the biggest reason pex is used, its swells and doesnt burst in the cold winters. It gets in the negatives where i live.
lead pipes anyone
Pex is really good. I haven't had a problem with it. I switched my copper pipes out with it because they burst during the winter.
Location is very important to consider, when doing your water system
What happened to PVC thats probably better than both?
PVC is just a worse version of PEX.
@@johnathon007 pvc is stronger and more durable than pex and has a longer lifespan than either pex or copper- 70 years vs the 50 years of pex and copper
@@sirblocketh I've never seen PVC over 10 years old that wouldn't crack if you looked at it funny.
@@johnathon007 sunlight will degrade pvc, but then you shouldn't have it exposed like that, i've personally seen pvc 30+ years old and strong as the day i installed and buried it
Cpvc
When I was 14 I got good at soldering copper pipe. My dad taught me how. He got me to put in all the water pipe in the basement remodel. Today 60 years later it's still just fine. No issues at all.
In many years of plumbing The only problem with copper, is when someone did not solder it right and clean the flux. Other than that" it's great. Pex is another story, I've seen rodents eat it and cause leaks.
Henco multilayered is the best solution
*Copper piping comes with a warning for baby food preperation and the like, but is perfectly save and the prefered choice for kids and adults, just not for babys. Use water bottles and the like for the infant phase.
cast iron rules hehehe
like that extra iron in your water, right? lmao
@@sirblocketh what most women need Hehehe
I'd prefer uranium pipes so i don't have to watch one of your shorts ever again!
@@GekkeHenkie1313 I don't know copper made you watch my videos. Good to know. I"ll make you another just for you.
Sounds like exactly what a copper salesman would say
@@uncledibby and that sounds like something a plumber would say.

In Europe stainless steel is also used, which lasts even longer than copper. It's also cheaper, copper costs more per kg than stainless steel
Really that’s interesting
