There are few NGOs like Foods for Thots, Food on Wheels [ people with cars at night will go to these outlets to collect and delivered to the needy families} All these projects are around at least ten years ago. Recently the CNA tv featured a programme on getting free food and items for people to collect. There are a free free flea market organised for people to display their excess items for the public to visit and collect them.
