The crowd, to its credit, was not totally docile

Can we call this presentation "A glimpse on the other side of the Looking Glass"? These guys are telling the crowd how wonderful it is that CT air quality has improved. Litchfield and Fairfield counties now have "F" rated air. What the the air quality rated before? "FFFF"?

CT has similar air quality to Dover County (sic) NY; 30:45 "sources subject to the most stringent emission limits in country" (yes, and CT has terrible air quality under the most stringent emission limits in the country)

13:15 Replaces older dirtier facilities....."overall it (Cricket Valley) is an improvement" Yes, an improvement for the places that are not next to Cricket Valley , which is still slated to put hundreds of tons of pollutants into the air. (also, coal fired plants have been replaced in NY State already.) Yes pollution from Ohio and Indiana is a problem, but don't get upset by a plant 6 miles away! The "region" "improved" stretches from Illinois to Maine, and Ontario to Virginia

This live stream is incomplete. I wrote a letter directly related to the N. Kent Rd/River Rd issue, which I hand-delivered to the First Selectman Bruce Adams. Bruce asked if I wanted it read into the record and I said I did. I had assumed that my letter would be included as part of the public comment section prior to a vote on the N. Kent Rd/River Rd proposal. It was not. I suspect that it was read toward the end of the BOS meeting, well after the vote was taken. But since the video is incomplete, I do not know if my letter was read into the record at all. I request that this video be shown in its entirety and available to the public. Thank you, Austi Brown
