Ian Bell printed directly on the goat skin head of my 1880s Buckbee banjo, which I will remount and photograph with some moveable type. Alan and Elizabeth Lomax first recorded Bradley Browning, of Arjay, Kentucky singing Fare Thee Well, Green Fields. I learned it from Mike Seeger and play it on an experimental long neck gourd banjo.
