Where do you get the controller from?

I run mine with alternator driven by 48v brushless motor controller and get 750 v AC not DC . Alternators have very high torque and high rpms. Issue is it's heats up quick even without load. I believe it's back EMF and need someone to advise how to control the back EMF.

A different application might be a small inverter big enough to run a motor such as a Makita grinder brush motor, to turn a 3 phase generator, then that would run a washer motor hooked to the bike wheel. The speed could be variable on the handlebars, and the motor would have enough torque to pull the thing...I wouldn't use a controller. I would use a generator that I could control the speed of with a blender type motor. In such an application as mine, the device performs a function, does some thing useful. I just would like to know what you plan to do with it when you figure out you didn't need a controller for the Hyped Up drive motor. Gerald Morning fooled you, didn't he>? He had you all jacked up about the controller that you didn't even need. LOL You have to watch that guy like a hawk sometimes.

The controller is limiting the speed of the motor because there is supposed to be a load of clothes turning. The 1700 rpm is probably the spin cycle speed. Just hook up a smaller motor to run it off a brush type motor. The brush motor can spin a generator, then that will run the Hyped-Up-Drive. Then that will turn it's generator, which looks like a 2500 watts. By this method, you can run the brush motor up to 12,000 rpm's and the Hyped-up-Drive will have to follow as the voltage goes up. There are voltage controllers that can change the speed of the brush motor. I figured out how to fix it.

Everyone i see doing it this style...direct drive.. always stops posting vids :( I'm going to assume it probably doesn't preform as everyone expects. I really wish it did. I know there is a way to do it. Just generally it isn't going to be off the shelf componets doing it

Hi, I like What you're doing, with the Hyper drive system, but, I don't understand why you didn't just order the Anaheim Controller, It was Spinning 3,500 to 4,800, RPM, for Gerard, when he had another BIG Induction motor case, with a shaft, straight through it, with a Large One, bolted to one side" & a little bit Smaller, one on the other side. He was using a ANAHEIM" CONTROLLER, & WAS SPINNING THE ONE HE WAS USEING TO POWER THE OTHER ONE FOR RUNNING THE LOAD.!! At 4 & 5,000 RPM'S... I believe he had a problem at first, but after" he took the controller apart,& pushed in on the computer software chip's., It began to operate correctly.. And turn the magnetic disc, VERY fast. Almost 5,000 Rpm's ....

Can i ask what does Drive Out2 open/short blocking error means i linked the driver out (pin26) to the contactor and driver out 2 is pin 27 i have only one wire for the driver out.
