Love, Honor and Respect to the real Jamaican Farmers. Yes, the Hurricane destroyed the real food that people are suppose to eat. In fact, Artifical Food is not good for the body and well being.

I know you want your daughter to experience giving and the plight of people but many homeless people can be unstable, so please keep your daughter behind the table or don’t bring her, she should be taught that it’s not ok for anyone to put their hands on you without permission.

Thin Spegethi Noodles taste better than Macaronies. I think a traditional bottle or can tomato Spegethi Sauce, Ketchup (1 bottle), Diced Tomato Flesh (3 to 4 big) & Big Red Onion (2 Nos), Dry Shitake Mushrooms Slices (keep soak water for cooking) or Can Button Mushrooms in brine, Mince Garlic (sufficient) Seasoning: Light Soy Sauce, Salt, Sugar, Oyster Sauce. Other: Corn Starch (Thickening) & Water (Right Consistency. Cook this way, 1 bottle Spegethi Sauce can cook 1 big wok / pot. Just 10 bottles, you can cook for 100 people. I think you need to plan 100 servings at any such many people to cope. 1 pack Spegethi can serve 4 servings to 5 (max)
