@Siddharth-q6k In 1st question, Agar COGS given hota instead of net sales, toh aap sales ko 100 consider karte because gross profit 25% sales par given hain. Then sales % = 100, gross profit= 25 and cost %=75 Then aap accordingly solve karte. In 2nd question, agar COGS given hota, tab easily solve ho jata because gross profit ki % cost par hi given hain.

Toh iss transaction mein cash word bhi nahi likha aur kisi person ka name bhi nahi likha hain ki kisse goods purchase kiye hain, so cash transaction ko identify karne ka 3rd rule apply ho raha hain, that's why it is cash transaction.
