Hi it did get a little grubby but it cleaned right up with a little soap and water. Looked brand new again.

it is fairly accurate but yes it does count steps if you move your arm around. I've found this to be the case with all Fitbit's I've had.

The first 2 orders I placed I received within a week, I believe I ordered early on a Thursday morning and had it before Thursday the following week. The 3 order I placed was a little bit longer maybe 9 working days. I was placing the order in Ireland and I think Quay Europe ship from the UK, I'm almost sure of it. I don't know where you are from so delivery might be different. The confirmation and shipping emails do say to allow up to 20 days. they are worth the wait in my opinion. :-)
