I'm a 68 yr old man. Unsure about my pelvic floor, but certainly need to strengthen my back side sphincter, (yep, just below the Cheeto). I've learned that sneezes and farts can bring more than they used to. After a bout with pneumonia, coughs are now included, also. I admit that the courtsy adds a level of protection, but tend to include only when home alone. Not trying to be funny, just stating facts. You, Jenna, are the funny one! Your comedy brings me tons of fun and enjoyment. Please keep finding the time to create and perform more.
