Some places are more strict than others, but the longer I'm filming the higher the chance they stop me. When I first started it was close to 50% of the time, but me getting better at being stealthy plus most places slowly relaxing filming rules has reduced it quite a bit. You still run into places that are really strict about it though so better safe than sorry in places like that.
