Thanks for your vid... a date of this fraud would help. My own trouble with BdC?? I booked (and paid for by cc) car rental for Malaga Airport (July 2023) At the airport: No hire company (promised as 'in Terminal') hence No Car. BdC very difficult to contact - gave me incorrect info. Fed up with this sent REGISTERED letter with copies of all docs. Rec'd email reply which asked for the information of which I had already sent hard copies. I have now contacted Action Fraud (Met. Police and lodged a complaint of Fraud. Let BdC try and claim they are a Dutch Company. I'll get them closed. All others scammed by BdC should also report a fraud to Action Fraud. In the respect of Tax Fraud in France, they should have been unvestugates by HMRC. Thanks for reqding. Why no contact info for originator of this Vid?

Word of advice, never use a 3rd party app for hotel bookings, also with car rentals. Pick up your phone and call directly to the companies. Cut out all the unnecessary things. Customer service is terrible when things go wrong like flight delays or flight cancelations. Trying to get your money back is difficult. The hotel will tell you to go through the app, ect...
