Ineed help been 26yrs single father from Fncfs damages to our family. Had 5 kids yougest at 21/2 month as bby taking from me l already had my 31/2yr Fncfs as l chose a father l never hadywoy boys got taken away 21/2.41/2yrs old. Fncfs took the love n care my kids had4 taking away one is still at 22yrs old still part of Fncfs damages especially to as a father when l never of having love of a father. I was in such bad why cause lm a man mom help no HP for men only for women. Mom only had me a son l to CDA 7yrs old never soon after few months l raised my self alone. Are doctor reports highly dependent on what you say, rather than confirming your complaint? I have a friend who says he qualified for the DTC; however, I know him well enough to see he is average or of above average for walking, speaking, hearing, dressing, feeding, and mental functions necessary for everyday life. I'm not eligible myself, and he's MUCH more active than me! Also, once I helped him get veterans benefits, he became a money-hungry maniac and kept going back to the benefits trough until he obtained a 115% disability rating. He likes to go around telling people he's totally disabled, yet he hunts, goes fishing, carries canoes, etc. He held a physically demanding job for nearly 30 years and was in a management position, but as soon as his disability benefits rolled in he suddenly quit. I'm quite miffed he's taking away $ meant for those who truly need it. Is there a lot of abuse still in the system? I've seen it was a big problem at one time.

So my work Rrsp that I have been withdrawing from and paying 10% tax as a result for 4 years and that is now seating empty, will that also be refunded and backdated ?

So my son has not been diagnosed yet but we quite sure he has mental health issues like me his mother. Have been a single mother and struggling with my mental health all my life and having to care for him also presenting symptoms that we understand now were related to mental health and not behavioural. We both have learning disabilities but are highly functioning. My son is now 24 years hold and his going to book to get assess. After seeing what being diagnosed changed in my life. Now that I am learning about DTC and RSPD and the fact that you can claim as well as have it backdated, I have questions. 1) though I was diagnosed 1 year and half ago with ADHD and Autism, and they are like long medical affections that have no remedy. Can I request my DTC to be backdated if my application is approved? 2)My family Dr has my medical records but for only 6 years and they are not fully related to my late diagnosis, Can I still backdate the full 10 years? 3)I my son gets diagnosed, apply for DTC. Can I claim caregiver credit until he graduated high school at 20 years old? Will he be able to claim the caregiver credit for me for the past 3 to 4 years? We have both been talking care of each other we have no one else.
