Many BLESSINGS to you, your family, and your continued work! EVERY Black boy in America MUST listen no matter how sick and trapped the adults and peers around him are. In my opinion if a student is hyper active and calms down with music, that would be a great way to segway in telling them the history behind the instrument, the politic setting at the time of the instrument or song, how they spoke such as slang or forms of the topic of poems written behind the music. . .Doing all of this because it will give them a sense of belonging beyond the song or instrument they are most passionate of. (I'm not even a teacher officially, but I have experienced great master teachers)

My question is . . .If there wasn't a no child left behind motto in motion, would there still be a lower percentage of Special Education ?

For the question of why did a change occur of less available black males at age than black females it, the answer can't be death per say since we comparing at birth numbers and not mortality numbers. to add my take on the question i think that diet played a major role in black males births decreasing as compared to black females. i remember in my class at the 12th Grade we were 50 in total but only 7 males in class
