When she tried to return them, KingsLoot informed us that they could not accept returns after 30 days, despite being only one day over their policy. My wife explained that she had to purchase the wallets early to ensure they arrived in time for the holiday, but the company refused to budge. They insisted that their policy could not be changed and there was nothing they could do to help us. This lack of flexibility and understanding was extremely disappointing. I strongly advise against purchasing from KingsLoot or any company that does not prioritize customer satisfaction. Their inflexible policy and disregard for our reasonable request for a return is unacceptable. This experience has left us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I would give KingsLoot a 0-star rating and caution others to avoid their lack of customer care.

Yes, they have one of the worst customer support processes I've seen in a DTC brand. They go from being polite to rude in an instant when asking for details of refund. Absolutely avoid this brand. If you want something like this, just go get Apple's. They copied that design. Why settle for a knockoff?
