    Great set up, like the way you train few compound exercises in one set, that’s what I do at home saves time and you can get stuck in.

    be careful with your back on the way up from your squats. you lean forward a bit, instead of keeping your back straight.

      I bought a little at a time. Fitness Gear 300lb olympic set - $300 (in 2006) Fitness Reality Rack and Bench - $400 (in 2017) Homemade Platform - $200 (in 2018) 4 additional 45lb plates from Rogue fitness, 2 in 2019 and 2 in 2020 Rogue B&R Bar - $350 (in 2018) Rogue Ohio Power Bar - $450 (in 2019) Miscellaneous dumbbells accumulated over 18 years - $????? Hard to put a number to it but i would guess $3,000 - $5,000. My advice is get what you can afford and upgrade later as needed. Thanks

    Can you do a video or two about healthy eating? Interested in what you eat too. Saw your online file for workouts and meal prep.

      My diet is very boring. I have eaten the same thing for breakfast for the last 4 to 5 years. I eat the same lunch Mon - Fri and vary it on the weekends. Dinner varies some. Breakfast - 200 grams of oats with 24 oz of fat free milk, 2 bananas Lunch - 350 to 450 grams cooked rice, 6 - 8 oz chicken breast, nature valley granola bar Dinner - 350 - 400 grams rice, 6 - 8 oz chicken breast or steak Snack - brownie or tortilla chips I do eat out for dinner usually once a week. It usually is some kind of chicken sandwich, maybe fries and no soda. I only drink water and milk. My calorie goal is about 3000 to 3500 calories. Hope that helps. Thanks.

      Nothing at the moment. I was doing standing calf raises twice a week for 2 sets of 30 reps. Just not a high priority right now. Thanks.

      I have always been weak in the pull up. I wanted to improve, so first I was doing them 1 day a week with arms as a 5x5 in 10 mins. This was not improving and it was extremely hard. So I decided to break it up over the week and started with 2x5 for 5 days. In about 6 months I have improved to 2x7 for 4 days and 2x6 for 1 day. My back has grown a lot and I feel stronger. Thanks for the interest.

    Why the upright row? I do squats, shrugs, pull-ups, dips, RDLs, hyperextensions, incline sit-ups; that’s it! 2X/week. Nice going, still.

      I'm in a hypertrophy phase and my main focus is on shoulder and quad growth. So it is just another way to hit the side delts rather than another day of lateral raises. Simply put variety. Thanks for the comment and watching.
