Amazing! I'll only have to fill my kitchen with 14 gigantic expensive mason jars so that I can have a sprout salad for lunch and dinner everyday! So much more convenient than buying a bag of sprouts from the store! The jars will look so awesome next to my Juicero machine 😎

the water needs to be PURIFiED water… reminder if you use a complete RO system including carbon filters and a membrane these need replacement as recommended by each manufacturer… otherwise the reverse osmosis system could produce drinking water worse than from the tap. Also, all city or town municipal water s in the USA varies in quality. Another tip is… if you have an ice line to your fridg this needs periodic replacement as well. So, have your water tested. If you buy a house with filtration systems get the paperwork from the previous owners. So … before sprouting be sure of the water quality. (in my own opinion)
