FYI..oil can be changed without removing any of that. filter can be accessed from the driver side in front of rear tire, just reach in and grab and twist off oil filter. oil can be added using the oil dipstick tube using a funnel. Id would also recommend using something other than the polaris oil. Its common knowledge that polaris oil is the cheapest junk on the market.

Good idea with the decals! Also if the fuel pump rebuild doesn’t work maybe shoot HBR&P Power Sports a call. He’s super knowledgeable with anything Polaris. He might have some good advice!

And that’s not just an opinion I have friends that work in the plants where they make the parts they are cheaply thrown together and sold
This is the first thing that I have had an issue with and it’s an easy fix with a rhino 2.0 axle. I agree that Polaris isn’t what they used to be fit and finish wise for sure. But I like the way the Polaris sets compared to can-am.
30 grand and it can't even get out of the creek bed..junk toys
Stuff will eventually break. This machine has over 3,500 miles of playing off-road.
My $1500 Toyota hasn’t had an axle break in 10 years and it’s been through worse
