Do you adopt lambs? Can you show us how to do it please 🙂👍🏻 Do you skin the dead ones and put on new ones? Please film the lambs instead of you and just talk in the background 🙂

Sheep don't have hair Only wool .Machine used for cutting off the Fleece is called handpiece.

Not all sheep grow wool/fleece. Different varieties of sheep grow hair instead. This farmer knows his sheep, he knows the difference between wool/fleece sheep and hair sheep. He isn't wrong.

I expect you've explained in a previous video but what breed of sheep are these? They look great, as does the health of your pasture. A quick scroll through your videos suggests that we share similar values in terms of land and animal management, a desire to improve the health of both and resistance to using chemical inputs etc. Thanks for sharing and look forward to seeing lambs on the ground in about 5 months!

Hi Josh! Loved your vids. Looking to do the same here in Spokane, Washington (Washington State). In the process of buying raw land. Do you recommend a certain “program” to follow? We are new to all of this but have been dreaming for years. Now that we are so close to land in our hands we are wondering where we should focus first. Fences and then Animals? Water systems first? Water and trees? I know the specifics are probably needed and that you have your hands full. Would love to hear your thoughts on next steps for a newbie- using the land for our family and open to selling any surplus. Dream is to go from dry hay (current) to stewarding this land into its fullest potential while providing for us and hopefully our community too. Thank you for your time and your work! Congratulations ans many blessings!

Good video and congrats on taking the first steps of your journey to a better place. Joel salatin and richard perkins are 2 of the main people to be studying. Take a look at Mark shepard as well, he's got really good videos and his book is excellent. Let us know if we can somehow help over at #gardensforlife at any stage.
