    Nowadays you get the Poha Flashbacks, which are a lot of fun and similar enough to the real thing but put out a ton of really noxious smoke and are liable to set the grass on fire. Wish they had kept these around!

    I had right cerebellum stroke 5 years ago. I am still fighting for a come back....I am still trying to come to terms with the old me will never be back. I am still dealing with vision especially in my right eye, swallowing certain foods and seems to increase with new food as we go, memory issues, aphasia, coordination, depression, anger, reading comprehension, chronic pain, etc. It has been a very long journey. Doctors don't seem to do anything for me..... hopefully you guys have better treatment where you are.

    I honestly don't know why they bothered to make the original. This is the greatest minute in cinema history. It not only pays homage to the Sound of Music, it does it in the tone of The Piano. There was a moment of existentialist dread toward the end when I feared the Seventh Seal would swim ashore and flop its way up the beach toward the lead actor

    Hi Marcus, thank you for sharing. My partner suffered this two days ago and I’m trying to do research. Do you think the jab had any role, with stroke and heart hole, with new information available ? Have you experienced emotional changes? How is your recovery going at this point? Any help is so greatly appreciated, thank you and thank God for your recovery. God bless you.

    Had you had covid that you were aware of prior to the stroke Marcus? Did they say what they believe caused the clot? Guessing you are now on anti coagulation for life? Did you come off thinners after the PFO closure or will be in the future?

    Hey man.......you seem to be doing pretty good for 3 weeks out! Congrats on that. # weeks out I was still a mess. I personally experienced 3 strokes (cerebellar) earlier this year......I'm still trying to recover 6 months later. The dizziness 24/7 is really getting to me. I'm in the USA, and my coverage ran out LONG ago, so I'm just kind of fending for myself now. Glad to see you are recovering strong.....wish you all the best!

      @@danladking9788 I wish I knew. they were all about a month apart. Dr's can't tell me why. Cholesteral is normal, glucose normal, my blood pressure is low. I smoked, mabey that did it? I know A LOT of people who smoke. Multiple strokes don't seem to be an issue for anyone but me. I was in great shape, a little underweight, very active......bike and beach every day. THe Dr's tell me it was all "cryptogenic"......which translates to "we have no clue". I have suffered from migraine with aura for about 30 years now, and I suspect there is some connection, but I don't know. Thanks for the reply. =)

    • @danladking9788
      @danladking9788 2 года назад

      @@Treytruk that’s interesting as it sounds very similar to my own case apart from I think I had one cerebellum stroke as opposed to three!! I too suffered auro migraines for many years prior. Same as you though in terms of blood levels checking out and low cholesterol so not on statins. They did find a PFO that will be considered for closure, did they do a bubble echo on you to check if you have one, I ask as this is considered to be a contributor to aura migraines? Also I’m assuming they have put you on blood thinners for life like me? I’m based in UK so procedures may be little different.

    • @Treytruk
      @Treytruk 2 года назад

      @@danladking9788 hey. Yes, I had bubble echo done after my second and third stroke. (First stroke I had no idea I had had a stroke. I thought it was Lyme disease) Bubble echos were clear. I now have a monitor embedded in my chest to check for indication of AFib.....nothing so far. I also had a massive heart attack 3 weeks after the third stroke. THey put me on statins due to the fact that my cholesterol levels were on the high end of normal.......that went well......it seems that warning about "potentially life threatening side effects " being so rare didn't apply to me. so, no statins for me. I am on baby aspirin as a blood thinner (how high tech!) and Effient as an anti-platelet. I also take a magnesium complex daily for the migraines. I would highly recommend the magnesium. As far as the persistent dizziness goes, I have good days and bad days, alas, the bad days seem to far outweigh the good days. The bad days scare the hell out of me......I get super dizzy and think maybe I'm having another stroke. SO I just try to wait it out. Its fun living with a rattlesnake in your pocket everyday, wondering when or if it will bite. Anyways, don't mean to sound too dour, I'm trying my best to remain positive!

    • @danladking9788
      @danladking9788 2 года назад

      @@Treytruk that really is amazing that you have gone through 3 and a heart attack and are here to tell the tale. We sound very similar, I also supplement with magnesium and a plethora of others. Statins gave me awful muscle spasms so I came off but was told I shouldn’t be on them anyway as our cholesterol nation average is 5.7 and I was 5. It sounds like you have some good treatment there, they give us just a 24 hour heart monitor to check for AFIB prior to PFO closure, of course a fib could occur way less frequently hence why it sounds like they’ve give you a reveal device that you’ll wear for a long time first. All cases are different so I don’t know what type of dizziness you were experiencing but mine was very much like I would expect to feel after several beers haha. It was particularly bad in bright lit supermarkets, to the point where I panicked several times and was sure it was another stroke. Then, around a month ago I accepted that whenever this happens it’s purely due to my massive infarction and not doomful. I decided the first thing I would do every morning was put myself in the line of fire. I would walk up and down the supermarket for 30 mins and turn my head to different isles constantly. I figured if neuroplasticity is a thing then this has to force my brain to rewire it’s visual field. Within a week the results were astounding and the dizziness has drastically subsided. Again this may seem silly and not work for you but can’t help but mention it in case it helps as it really did work for me. I would also constantly turn my head side to side when walking or even stood still etc for the same reason.

    I took one home, fuel and chain oil, chain brake sorted, thought chain was really tight so checked manual and loosened the two nuts, attempted to turn the screw head which supposedly changes tension. No movement or change, the screw looked flimsy and prone to damage. I took it back to the Mitre 10 and got my money back think I dodged a bullet. My Stihl MS 180 cost less than 300$ and has proven to be a great saw for 4 years regular firewood and light farm use. Had bought the Job Mate for the tricky farm jobs such as sawing barberry down, to protect my Stihl from the risks of nails and wire in old posts and barberry hedges.
