Hi. Maybe it's because you didn't fasten the Watch tight on your wrist. The sensor is finding it hard to detect your pulse.

How do you sync your contacts?? I bought one and my contacts aren't synced
Hi..you need to manually sync your contacts on the Watch. Go to your FitCloudPro app, and click on DEVICE under device scroll down to FREQUENT CONTACTS and there you can add up your contacts unto the Watch.
How different is this isw-011 different from the isw-013?

Oops. I forgot to mention how the Mic sounds. From my test, the microphones sound really great for making calls via the headset. 👍
HyperOS on this phone is terrible. Vibrations doesn't work without haptics ON and notifications from callendar are not working properly. Avoid it.
Wow. I have been using HyperOS over more than 3 months now, and so far I haven't experienced any of that issue. Please confirm that you're using the global version
@@EruksTeejay I'm using official version for EU (didn't download any ROM manually). My OS is 1.0.16.0 UNREUXM. There are many people who have problems with notifications because Android 13 + MIUI don't like them. In my case it's only callendar problem but it's very important for me. Also in MIUI 14 I didn't have problems with vibrations in silent mode. In HyperOS you cannot use them unless you turn ON the haptics.
