Pure Motorsport Renault Clio F4R Race Engine 245bhp, 185lbft Dyno
PM240 plus engine mapping and testing on dyno. A PM240 spec engine with the addition of solid tappets and high duration cams to give up to 8lbft torque increase in midrange and 244bhp max power output.

Onboard footage of our Clio 172 Hillclimb car at the Origine RS Show at Goodwood 2015. The car was black flagged for noise that was entirely expected due to the very loud induction noise! The track staff were very friendly and by no means unfair!

Pas le pied je conduit une clio2 f2 tout les jours rien à voir avec la grande sœur clio 1 une merveille qui ne chasse pas d'un poil même tiré au max sur les routes sinueuses de lorraine comparé à la 2 qui mal équilibré part en couilles ^^ la clio 3 est à mes parents encore alors je ma prononce pas ;) mais + il y a d'électronique + il y a de merde ! la 4 non merci !
I have been in hillclimbing and rallycross for the last 15 years in a very competitive position and I have used the 172 and 182 clio for both disciplines all over Europe and I can assure you that the guy driving is a very capable person who understands the car and how he can get the best out of it. I am willing to bet that with the right budget and backing of support the truth is that he would be competitive in the WRC and he would deserve to be recognised for his talent. How came stock CLIO 197 to have the same pover as this one with ITB, Manifold and custom map?
marmlad because this engine is on an accurate dyno and gives real torque output figures rather than catalogue figures!
so you are telling me that clio RS 197 makes less power than advertised? Cause i saw independent dyno figures and it makes at least 195hp... 10x for the fast response :)
