I’m very impressed by this interview and please can I please know more about the interviewer. I think also our colonial education is to be blame in this case. So we need to speak up and tell the truth
One of Mzansi's finest ❤ Adv Muzi Sikhakhane sc
WOW ❤
I agree JP its better for judicial to stay away from placing comments on public.
I need your help
Lovely 🌹
He can only talk about the BRICS which Zuma was part of its formation and he doesn't talk about what Ramaphosa did because he did nothing other than killing people, vandalizing Eskom, SARS, NPA, HAWKS, CCMA, Labour department, SAA, Transnet, Post office, post bank and never build even one structure for South Africans but malls and more agent companies
😊❤🎉
Many people believe that justice is blind,it's because of commentators such as your interviewer he is an advocate of cour that is abstract an😂d academic PJ Mlambo. The court must be seen to be practicing justice not the not the other way round.
👏👏👏👏👏👌👌👌👌👌
Ndoda yamadoda
Wenzeni uzuma? Wenzeni u Hlophe?
I think Judge Hlophe has outgrown his position. He needs to be elevated to something senior in whatever capacity within the legal fraternity and be given space to drive transformation agenda
Black excellence
I appeared in front of the JP 03 times....it was very exciting......the JP has a unique way of dealing with. Issues in a summarised way but very effective..Note made on 22/8/2023
you should fire whomever told you it was smart to cut the interview in 3 parts lol
Bro never understood that. It's irritating.
Danko ma taima , for this platform , we need more of this , as emerging black lawyers in south africa .
Insightful, thought-provoking and inspirational at the same time 👌👌👌👌👌
I need to get in contact with Advocate Ngalwana and help him produce this important program to a fine piece of art and help him reach masses and educate our people
I observed DCJ (as he then was now CJ) during the State Capture Commission, he is up to date with law and ability to apply it in given situation....he is patient, very alive to issues....no witness or any counsel that was able to trick him. He is actually a legal role model. Note made on Sunday 26 March 2023.
Adv MR Madlanga SC (as he then was) was one of the best lawyers i have seen in action...listening to him in court was inspiring because it was very clear that the man had properly prepared for the case and has deep knowledge of the law...the was no way he could fumble and rant and rave out of context. Note made on Sunday 26 March 2023.
How to connect with you for service I went through difficult times where our own black lawyers I got a case that I think justice is being deny by our very own lawyers
South Africa cannot be a sovereign independent nation without restorative justice. When you transform the economy you need to ensure that freedom is guaranteed through economic reparations. We are still in an abusive sadistic relationship with both the British Monarchy and the puppet masters of the Apartheid regime. This we understand and hence the fact that we bow to international powers at the expense of our own citizens interests! It sucks! #UNOCHR #ANC #WEF #Afriforum #EFF #DA #Justice #Peace #Prosperity #SAHRC #Truth #AU #Transformation
The way I'm so broke this January, I wish I got a R10 every time Zondo said YES. 🙆
The problem i have with this thesis being postulated (even though i agree with it) is that the black elite were more than happy to sing along with those in government. I mean the majority of people in SA have been voting these corrupt black africans into power every four years. So on whose behalf does this advocate speak. We had the opportunity to change this country for tge better but the elite political class sold out. Now its too late. The entire supply chain is owned by the neo colonialists. And they ain't goin to bave another Codesa.
Those books behind you sir is filled with the roman dutch law rulings of white judges accumulated over 100 odd years. Do you have a similar collection of customary/indigenous laws? Talk is meaningless unless you are going to embrace your culture with the same fervour that european culture embraces theirs. We have wasted 28 years listening to you spewing your bull dust opinions. You have not advanced the cause of the black african by a single iota. Our political syatem is illegitimate, our SOEs destroyed, rampant corruption and wholesale theft. And you talk about justice.
Our Judges Male/Female are brilliant so our Lawyer 's of all race's are intelligent. But deal with corruption .
Listening to this... I just couldn't control tears 😢 😭 💔 rolling down my face... How we have been betrayed 💔 by those we still claim they're heroes...
I still wonder why this gentleman resigned from representing Former President Zuma. Such an intellectual human being... really black excellence 🙌...
Big brain JP
This racism thing is still predominant on entry to senior legal practice and you can see it at a number of bars when you present your case to be admitted....
No wonder white judges hate him ✊🏾
Intelligent Son of Africa Judge President Hlophe. May God bless you more.
Well done Thumbeza, much respect you my elder.
How can we get hold of the racism report by Judge President Hlophe ?
At 4min 32 seconds... I have a name of a Judge with evidence that this Is not true. If the interviewer seeks information
JP HLOPE...... MMmmm
We need a Biopic of Muzi . . .
J.P Hlophe. A man of integrate, a judge that doing their work without any fear of favour. A man who experienced racism in RACIST PROVINCE, I am referring on Western Cape, and lot of unnecessary criticism because of his skin colour is black. I wonder why President Ramaphosa did not shortlisted J.P Hlophe for the position of Chief Justice. Hlophe is highly qualified to run the South Africa Judicial. I am 100% surely that the Judicial Service Commission should be inspired by hearing the leadership style that J.P Hlophe has for leading the Judicial.
U refer to him as a man of integrate. Do you mean ingrate? Or integrity? Lol. Lets leave this discussion. The JP is on his way out. Briiliant jurist. But flawed human. And the Gods conspired against him.
Hi adv Ngalwana. You inspired a lot`s of us about the job that you did for encouraging youth to be exposed in law. Currently, I`m doing BA majors Communication Science and Politics. After I complete this degree, I would apply and register LLB. I am your big follower in Enchored law. Thank you.
That makes the two of us hey
i curse whoever told you to break the interviews down into multiple segments
In other words judges cannot be impartial if they have to hear matters involving their appointer.
10:16
Lol, yet to hear a guest on the show characterise themselves as judicial conservative.
Thiis is not just an interview in the literal.. We are taken through a study by the genius of Advocate Sikhakhane. I can not believe this brain is from Africa. God Bless You Abundantly Advocate Sikhakhane.
Wow Great. JP Mlambo is ZCC 😁
Very rude man ever to be our upcoming Chief Justice, try him South Africa, you will regret 😂😂😂
This guy will be a very rude Chief Justice South Africa ever have , try him South Africa you will regret
💩💩💩
John Hlophe nice interpretation of the law ,our next Chief Justice
