I observed DCJ (as he then was now CJ) during the State Capture Commission, he is up to date with law and ability to apply it in given situation....he is patient, very alive to issues....no witness or any counsel that was able to trick him. A man who experienced racism in RACIST PROVINCE, I am referring on Western Cape, and lot of unnecessary criticism because of his skin colour is black. I wonder why President Ramaphosa did not shortlisted J.P Hlophe for the position of Chief Justice. Hlophe is highly qualified to run the South Africa Judicial. I am 100% surely that the Judicial Service Commission should be inspired by hearing the leadership style that J.P Hlophe has for leading the Judicial.
