A couple of things, now that you have done the castle battle, you will get the good ending. That hole that you looked down that had the beetle, there was actually 2 of them and a tooth. That break in the stones where you can drop down as you walk past the castle, there is a tooth in that area as well. The sour axe you got is fantastic and there is a boss recipe on the table with the ORC pieces. Finally, where you saw the new field station, you should take aa look to the right of it. :) Well fought
Why aren't you making content man?? lol you are an encyclopedia! I didn't realize there even was different endings! Definitely making the axe next episode! I gotta check out that other stuff as well! I may go back for that stuff off camera or during a stream or something....

just so you know in the stump lab you missed a chest and the recipe for the Mantis boss in the room with the A door you opened :)

I was wondering about the sound :). The upper yard is an adventure. That part of the tree you were at (24 minutes), the best trinket in the game is up there, it is hard to explain, but it is up high and is in a nook, you will want to search the end that is closest to the house. If you want all of the chips, you will need to break some wasp nests, only way in, but there is a downside. The third chip you could not see is in the pond.
oooo I found a locked door in the pond today while I was grinding off camera. I wonder could that be the location of the chip? Let me guess the wasps won't come back.... I don't know if I like that right away... I will have to search for that trinket next time I record. Got one more episode coming soon then I will have to find time to record again!

Seems like it was first introduced in December 2022?? There is the Holiday Tree and Holiday Wreath building recipes. The holiday tree is supposed to give random gifts for the month. You can craft them all year but you have to purchase them this month. They added an enormous amount of content that we have all the time. More info here grounded.obsidian.net/news/grounded/a-holiday-treat . That article is from when it was first introduced. The following is taken directly from the wiki: grounded.fandom.com/wiki/Seasonal_Events December Content During the month of December, the player can purchase a sign set, the Holiday Tree, and the Holiday Wreath from the ASL Terminal. The Holiday Wreath is purely a decorative item. The Holiday Tree, however, every time the player sleeps, will spawn either a Sour Lump, Spicy Shard, Mint Shard, Salt Shard, or EverChar Coal Chunk. The maximum amount of trees the player can place down to receive the maximum amount of items is 8. It will not spawn anything if the month is not December. Visual Rainbow colored string lights can be seen on the house during December.

funny thing is, when you were on the woodpile looking at that block that you could not jump to (when going home), you could have gone under it and onto the shed deck :). I don't know if you have been there but there is something under the deck at the flower pot.

me too. De-extinction isn't too bad without The Aggressive Fauna mod, about to grind for the cyclops in my second attempt later today. The Aggressive Fauna mod is just too much, the reaper literally jumped out of the water to get me. Would love to see someone beat it on hardcore with my same settings.

hey, first thing, you did not collect the science that is on top of the mix:r, it is the reward. Building on the porch is a good spot. You may have not noticed but the reason all the spiders were at the paint can is because the gap between the board behind you base and the next one is too wide to walk over, the only place they can walk to the base is at the paint can. One of the things that is helpful with the mix:r's is to put down random walls in their path, they will attack any wall and it occupies some of them.

You are going to hate this, but the spear is one handed you could have used a shield, and the Ladybird shield is really good. I don't know if you care but where you got Wendel, there was something on the bottom shelf of the trolley that was in the room. The other thing was on a shelf near the workbench as you were heading out. one last thing if you have not yet, get to the other side of the green and yellow bag that is under the shed porch near the flower pot.
Oh yeah, I have a funny relationship with shields in games, only using one in minecraft right now because it's in hardcore mode. But what's this about some stuff on shelves??? I am going to have to take a look! Thanks for watching metalman! Can't wait to record the next one!
When you are next in the under shed area, go on top of the pipe to the right as you enter and follow it around until you see another pipe with a coin on the edge, go in that pipe. I always love peoples reaction to seeing the Black Widow for the first time, fortunately you can run past it because she is tough.
@metalman1019 i think i did, lol. I have had these three recorded for a minute just trying to get them edited between streaming, working, and spending time with the kid. But yeah episode 15 has already happened I just have to do some final editing, maybe more cuts of the game storyline sadly because it takes forever and is kinda boring in the video (not the game of course) and make the intro and thumbnail. No promises on timing or anything but gonna try to do that in the next few days.
@metalman1019 the plan was to turn the three parts into an episode. Which may have worked if i was already geared up and didn't have to explore but there was way too much. I didn't want to cut that much out, but this has made me realize how much better the video can feel watching it when there is at least enough cut out.

@ Good. Decent parrying, btw. It’s an essential skill. Tip: Broodmother’s combo attacks get faster the lower her health is. When she’s below half, basically just click repeatedly and quickly. The five-combo one is easy when you get the rhythm.
why would you need Google with me about :), when you hand in the sandbox chip, you get the option to purchase the ability to make them. Also inside the castle there is something behind one of the statues and the white dice in front of the chest, roll a 20
wait, spoiler i got the sandbox chip in between the next couple episodes, but whats this about the statue and the white dice?? i'm gonna have to check that out!

Some tips; farm some stinkbugs for gas sacs and make gas arrows; they are useful when what you are fighting is stationary. Get a fresh weapon for the Ladybird Larva, they are everywhere in the upper yard. Don’t read any further if you don’t want a minor spoiler, there is something that you get from the chest on the picnic table, very worth getting.
i have to find the keys! i am trying not to google, so it might take me a while, could end up happening in a stream.
your character will spot bugs that you don't see sometimes, however I did see the scarab flash by in the top left of the screen. The Scarabs are harmless and are the little green bug you saw earlier. They are very hard to kill as when spooked there dig underground, you can kill them with one shot from an upgraded crow crossbow and a candy arrow.
oh wow lol, thanks, one of the comments had me scared they were gonna be a bad fight, I guess they just meant they were hard to catch. what do you think of the mushroom brick? i have a lot more i want to do to the base but I still need to go deeper into the wood pile.

Good to see someone build their base at the same place I did, mine is all weed stem and clover roofs, I also added a balcony for my dew collector and access to the roof. Never seen a bee fight a antlion before, very unique. Where you killed the 3 spider, you can climb the black cord to get high enough to avoid the webs, I have farmed them there a few times, even cleared some of grass to make it easier. You can place a half floor half way up a wall to stack chests.
Thanks for the tip! The porch is awesome so far, I am far from done, but I think it's high time I get back to adventuring next time!
that was one of the rare occasions, I did not even here the Wolf spider and I normally do. I noticed that you do not have the Fresh defense mutation, it helps with sizzle, to get it eat mint pieces. (10 mints will give you all 3 phases)

Do you know how to get the salt morning star crafting recipe?

My start is to take out lady bugs for the heavy armor, then using the heavy armor kill a mosquito for the rapier and get the weevil shield, late game I use the Roku poly armor with the lady bird shield and the salt morning star(mace)

I'll keep the rolly armor in mind, i found a piece in the sandbox. i beat the haze lab, ended up being super easy, unfortunately i lost the video and 2 other games i was working on because i didn't realize OBS was recording it half off the screen. really frustrating OBS doesn't default back to a normal output setting. My production quality is getting fairly good, so to lose these more recent videos hurts a bit. and have a gap in the story. oh well, i'm learning

I’ve tried so, so, SOOOO many times to kill one, no luck, and unfortunately they have just enough health to need to be a two shot from range, so my only one shot option is melee and well they’re fast little suckers…. :|

Yea I haven't even attempted the crazier ones yet. I watched @ButchX3 play through the whole game so I know a little of what to expect but I have been avoiding everything higher tier for the most part. Working my way there. I don't actually know how the progression is supposed to go because I don't ever remember anything and I try not to google too much.
