I've been listening to this while trying to sleep, and it's been working so well

This was perfect until the mid roll ads kept waking me up

So thankful someone made audio of heartbeats with brown noise out here, since it's mostly or some screaming white noise or heartbeat with breathing which is messy 😂 This is a perfect combo. Not a baby or anywhere near one but love this stuff ❤
