Easy Homemade PIZZA | Soft crust recipe | Cheese & Pepperoni Flavor
Make this easy pizza at home in just under 2 hours- so let's make it
RECIPE:
✅DOUGH
250 grams ( 1 3/4 cups ) all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
160 g/ml ( 3/4 cup ) water ( warmed to 100'F or 38'C )
✅TOPPINGS
Favorite pizza sauce
Mozzarella Cheese
Pepperoni or Salami slices or any of your choice
YIELD: ( 2 ) 8 - 10 inches size or ( 1 ) 12 - 14 inches pizza
BAKING TIME: 15 - 20 minutes
BAKING TEMPERATURE: 223 ' C or 435 ' F
OVEN USED: Electric oven, top & bottom heat, fan assisted
◾You may also substitute bread flour instead of all purpose flour in this recipe
◾You may also let the yeast bloom in the warm water before adding into the dough

Hi! Thank you for your comment you're very nice 😀I haven't tried using the rice powder for this so i'm not sure if it would work; vinegar helped in making the cake tender with a moist and fluffy texture

You may leave them in the fridge for 1 week and 1 day if at room temp. You may place the properly sealed custaroons in a thermal cooler or container with ice packs before handing them to the courier; hope this helps

If you have to replace butter using oil then use avocado oil a better and a healthy option, canola, corn, vegetable etc are not good kinds of oil these are not healthy according yo experts, add glucose to make It Chewy and add cheese instead of powdered milk .
