Ego lifting is so real just be real and lift moderate if you are not strong enough take your time and build your strength before taking on so much weight but keep up the good work
I’ve been lifting for years brother there’s ego involved, go back and watch my old videos from 2024 and you’ll see that a progressive approach was taken up to this weight.
