Using DBT to battle my depression

Hey guys, haven't uploaded in a bit just a little video I wanted to share. I'm currently as the title says in an ocd and depression episode and it's been going on for a bit. At the moment it's been very up and down with mostly downs and it's been very exhausting. I do hope you get something from this little update. This is my way of processing and I do hope someone out there benefits from this.

Living with OCD has many ups and downs. Right now I find that I'm struggling with rumination (thoughts that loop continuously) and the compulsions (actions to relieve my anxiety). It will get better. It always does. Thanks for watching!
