    You people are disgusting. All you do is help corporations discriminate against neurodivergent people, while offering something that's about as scientific and valid as a frelling ASTROLOGY chart. Hey, why not just do that? Hire Aries, they're supposed to be pro-active! Stay away from Tauruses, they're stubborn. :eyeroll: I ran across one of these whilst applying for a second job at a pizza joint, and was bewildered anyone (especially Papa Murphys) even takes this garbage seriously.

    These tests are the dumbest thing around. Each image can be interpreted in various ways. The person who selected the image for the test has a certain point of view, but there are many ways to interpret those images! 5:37 "Nothing Different" and shows an aerial view of some suburban neighbourhood. What does that even mean?? What if I don't live in an area like that? That would definitely be different for me. What if I do live in an area like that, but I don't want to? INTERPRETATION matters! These images and phrases are so vague it will skew the results because it is not clear what you are asking. You will find that 90% of people who take your test find that the results do not match their personality at all. 5:51 "Throw the book at them" with an image of a car accident. Like....... huh? Those two people are angry at each other. Who am I in this picture? It makes a difference if I am the woman or the man. Not everyone even understands the phrase "throw the book at them". 6:13 "Good enough" with a picture of a burger on a bun. People prefer their food in may different ways. If someone prefers a plain burger, do you seriously think that their entire personality is affected by that preference? What about someone who looks at that picture, doesn't even think about toppings, but looks to make sure the burger is cooked "good enough"? These tests are just THE WORST!!!!

    I recently had to use Traitify for a job application, and I'm sorry to say, it was the most ridiculous personality test and application process I have ever gone through. I was rejected right after for a job I'm 100% qualified for. I have amazing peer feedback and reviews at my current workplace, where I have been got 10 years. I'm sure the answer to this will be that I was not well matched to the personality they wanted for that role, but from my perspective, TUCOWS is missing out on a lot of good talent thanks to Traitify.

    I could see this being more functional from the employer's side to display the work culture and team they might we working with. IDK. I just can't see too many HR peeps searching TikTok for candidates between meetings.

    Hello I heard the podcast Episode 1 - The Importance of Self Care in HR with you and Ricklyn Woods. It was great insight to know that some hiring managers may not know what they really want. I have been trying so hard to get either an entry level HR role or a basic entry level accounting role or AP/AR role. I have an MBA. Ugh. I had my MBA since 2011 and when I started looking for work, 99% of the jobs were UNPAID internships. UGH. Really? Unpaid? I was 36 years old when I got my MBA 10 years ago. I just don't see how I can find a career I desire. And I now had to take a job in fast food just to pay some bills. I'm shocked they hired me, but they are desperate for workers and I was desperate for money. With no unemployment ? Even if I had unemployment. Does not matter. I want to WORK! I like working. And I'm only working 15 hours a week now, even though I asked for Full Time. I leave my MBA off my resume now since I can see that I get more bites when I leave it off my resume. I just can't afford to show that off (and get no interviews) at all when I need to really learn new skills and put the skills I do have - to work. I can't afford to be in fast food making only $16K a year part time when my goal is to make $50 - $80K a year. I don't know what I need to do. And I don't live in a large city so networking events are at least 30 -60 miles away from me.
