the main difference is that it can't learn snarl, so it would be harder, but probably still doable

depends on which part of the match you're referring to, but factors include: 364 HP, 266 Defense, shedding the weakness when terastalizing, the turn 1 NPC heal cheer, most of the match being before rayquaza uses dragon dance, rayquaza not getting STAB on earthquake, NPC drifblim using will-o-wisp when the shield is down.

@@JustinRuggles I was wondering when I was gonna hear from you. If carbink could learn draining kiss, I would have made a carbink video immediately after diancie. Shell bell and gambling on hurricane confusions is what I've had to do with nearly every ice and dragon tera build. I realized even if you never actually hurt yourself in confusion and lose a turn, you still lose signifcant clock time to the animations from being confused.

@@kevinmcgiveney5128 Gouging Fire is awesome. Its signature move burning bulwark is very useful in raids. It's a cool looking pokemon. It has access to both breaking swipe and snarl to reduce damage from both physical and special attacks, including when shield is up. it can cover both in one move when shield is down using noble roar. Unlike many other paradox mon it can run morning sun rather than rest for healing. The base stats are excellent and fairly balanced. It can do offensive support with crush claw and dragon cheer. The main reason why I don't frequently make gouging fire support videos is that I don't do much 3 or 4 player raiding, and in duos (and random play) it's important to have life dew, heal pulse, or pollen puff on supporters, which gouging fire cannot do. My biggest gripe with gouging fire re: soloing is lack of swords dance

you can't soak tera raid bosses unfortunately. because if you could I would gladly pursue your suggestion. i have a fairy tera blast bellibolt build lined up for this but it hasn't been a priority.

i think they'd go with the same idea as gigantamax duraludon, with it being like a skyscraper shaped like duraludon, except it would be shaped like an archaludon leaning forward on all four limbs. that or it would look like a space station or space ship.

@@choobiefan avalanche has decreased priority, so speed gets ignored and you're forced to go 2nd. it's actually a good thing because if you outsped then the base power would never double. Merry Christmas!

@duyanhpham9227 that works, but it won't help much other than draco meteor. the dragon pulse and hurricane do comparable damage. the rayquaza AI is smart enough to not waste turns using dragon pulse against fairy types. and the downside of fairy is that rayquaza will use hurricane a lot more often, increasing the likelihood of getting confused.

hi nicole. i've got lots of builds on my channel that are well suited to beat rayquaza. i would recommend one of the special attacking fairy types with draining kiss, such as florges, flutter mane, sylveon, therian enamorus, or gardevoir. draining kiss keeps you alive with constant healing and deals plenty of damage.

While it true to lower its stats while charging your tera orb. However this raid Rayquaza remove negative stats so many times

​@@gamewatching9164 you wouldn't be charging the tera orb earlier if you open with 3 draining kisses and postpone the light screen and reflect until the tera orb is charged. i could have tera'd turn 4 but didn't because there was no advantage. i tried running chilling water and spirit break and it was worse. you have to do 2 chilling waters to achieve the same effect as 1 reflect, and they get wiped sooner than the reflect expires. same issue with spirit break and light screen. by the time the nasty plots are in the screens are no longer needed

misty terrain is a good idea. i'd forgotten that it prevents confusion. i'm surprised you were able to win with a physical grimmsnarl without using bulk up.

@ Yeah. Well, there was a few times when my Grimmsnarl was knocked out.

what happens when you attempt to go to online mode in the game? have you tried restarting the game, checking for updates to the game? when was the last time you were able to get in online mode?
