Good lord, the nostalgia is huge returning to this in 2023. That melody, those strings/synth (cant quite tell what it is), and that subtle lead guitar underneath all of it just make for an amazingly sentimental and memorable sound. Man, I feel old now. 😅

Whenever this came out in the 90's my wife and i listened to the album repeatedly during a 30 yr marriage. Now 14 months after she left, the chorus of this song is a nightmarish prophecy.
