We Chinese has obsession with freshness, well known of our live fish and other animals market and all, I think hotness of foods or drinks served come from same ideas. @ReneePerry_ u always eat in western restaurants, cafes, bakery etc. and never visit other chinese cities.
@@abcabc-wn1yd A quick look at the other videos and social media will show that's not true. I do eat a lot of Western food, but of course I eat Chinese food as well. Will try to showcase that more in future. Thanks for the comment :)
