Funny story, I used to listen to this a lot when I was a teenager, and I thought it was a song about a girl. I thought that "Jesus Im ready to come home" was just emphasis, like "jeez, I'm tired". As an adult I converted to Christianity and this song now has a whole new meaning to me. What should have been obvious from the start now makes a lot more sense.

God this takes me back. Memories I’d rather forget. But some of them good too. It was this kind of music that helped make the choice to stay alive where I would’ve rather have given up and even brought me to my walk with God. Though I don’t rightly know if I made the right choice by being alive, I know I at least spared a few good people from being hurt. Thank you for the upload.
