The word "harpazo" in Philippians 2:6 means "robbery", "seizure", "prize to be grasped". It means taking or seizing something that does not belong to you. While in heaven before becoming a man, Jesus never considered usurping God's authority or trying to become equal to God. Rather, he was humble and obedient. If it were true that Jesus possessed equality with God before becoming a man, why does Philippians 2:9 say that after his resurrection, God exalted him to an even higher position? Would that not make him higher than God?

Yes Jesus has been given rulership indeed in Gods kingdom, and it was his father that gave it to him, In Daniel chapter 7 verse 13-14 It tells us about Jesus( someone like a son of man) being given that rulership,and it was (The ancient of days).
