Not at all. These are different reimaginings for different characters. It will be the same for other characters that are modelled after other celebrities except for Nicholas Cage.

Bruce Campbell has been the character of Ash since its inception in the original Evil Dead. It would be the equivalent of having Aaron Paul play Deadpool in the new movie just for the sake of recasting.

At the end of the day, it’s not a big deal at all. It’s not like it’s real and they’re actually doing it. lol

Most of the characters have their eyes covered and with the lighting in the game they could be anyone really. Again these reimaginings are just for fun to see celebrities we know as certain characters.
