But Mr. narrator you are wrong and it was never a law it was illegal for people to ask you to wear a mask because it violates HIPAA. But the thing with grocery stores and hospitals and places that are necessities for survival they are not allowed to force you to wear the mask since it was not a state law. Definitely not hospitals do not have a right to refuse service.
