There is nothing better than starting Thanksgiving day with my pup Rocko on a hike at Skyline trail. Slowly getting back into living a physically active lifestyle after receiving surgery on 07/29/21 due to bicep/shoulder tear. Still recovering not fully healed yet.

This is a late video upload posted mid September. Back in July, I tore my right bicep and had calcium deposit and bones spurs on my right shoulder. Surgery was done on both. This is my long road to recovery. My body maybe broken but my mindset will never be broken no matter what or who comes my way !
