      Just extract the mod ZIP(posemod) on your yandere simulator folder where your yandere simulator folder is extracted, then when you are done extracting the mod ZIP open the folder named (mod). [mod > Pose mod > New Version > PoseMod3] on PoseMod3 (folder) move all the necessary files & apps to your yandere simulator folder [make sure that it has the original yandere simulator]

    This tut is a bit confusing but for anyone who it's still black for after putting the textures in you probably didn't put ".png" at the end of the open texture bit and for all the people who have issues with the texture being white and red it's because the texture wasn't converted to png format correctly so try using a png converter
